The title compound C15H18N4O2 (I), was prepared from the reaction of 4-amino-1-methyl-3-propyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde; and was analyzed by analytical data from 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and Mass spectra. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The molecules in the crystal structure form cyclic centrosymmetric supramolecular tetramer synthons [graph-set ] through amide N–H⋯O(hydroxy) and hydroxy O–H⋯O(amide) hydrogen bonds to form perpendicular tapes.en_US
