Abstract: Theresultsofmixedconvectiveheatandmasstransferflowalongawavysurfaceina Darcyporousmediumarepresentedinthepresenceofcrossdiffusioneffects.Theviscosityand thermalconductivityofthefluidareassumedtobevaryingwithrespecttotemperature.Thegoverning,flow,momentum,energyandconcentrationequationsaretransformedintoasetofordinary differentialequationsusingthesimilaritytransformationandthensolvednumerically.Thepresent resultsarecomparedwithpreviouslypublishedworkandarefoundtobeaverygoodagreement. Thenumerical resultsofvelocity, temperatureandconcentrationaswellasNusseltnumberand Sherwoodnumberarereportedgraphicallyforvariousvaluesofvariableviscosity,variablethermal conductivity,Soretnumber,Dufournumberandamplitudeof thewavysurface intwodifferent cases,buoyancy-aidingflowandbuoyancy-opposingflow.
