An innovaive idea to improve the undergraduate teaching teams in India

Abstract

Present existing education system and teaching methods are not completely ideal. They are suffering from many problems. This paper mainly concentrates on one of the issues regarding decrease in number of graduated students who choose teaching as their profession. Mainly concentrating on the reasons why students are not willing to enter this profession and its relevance to existing education system and teaching techniques are discussed in this paper. The paper proposes a new idea, need to be implemented which can bring a great change in the thinking of every graduate in choosing their further career. This new idea is mainly concerned with a change in existing education system.
