Abstract: High sensitive pressure sensor based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) assembled with thin metal diaphragm is reported. The sensitivity of the pressure sensor is found to be 2.05 x 10-2 MPa-1 , approximately 10,350 times higher than that measured with the bare FBG. OCIS codes: 060.2370, 060.3735, 120.5475
