Recently, the HVS based data embedding is realizing the importance to attain the higher visual quality. The motion feature of the HVS is an emerging attribute for embedding the data. However, in the literature, the motion feature is not captured in the metrics used for evaluating the distorted videos after embedding. The reversibility requirement results in more modifications. In this paper, we propose a reversible data embedding scheme which embeds the data into the quantized middle frequency DCT coefficients of the blocks in the motion areas of video sequence to obtain higher visual quality. Further, we use a visual quality metric called MOVIE index which takes into account the spatial as well as the temporal distortions while evaluating the distorted video after embedding.en_US
