dc.description.abstractSingle-phase grid-connected Transformer-Less inverters are widely used to connect solar PV systems to the utility grid. A new topology for high gain Transformer-Less inverter for grid connected systems has been proposed in the paper. It consists of six power switches, two inductors, two diodes, two capacitors and a filter at the inverter output level. Even though the model predictive control is complicated in implementation, it is faster and more accurate compared to other control schemes.
